Overview
We cannot except any returns on open dip mixes as they are food products. But, if any item is damaged during the shipping process we will gladly send one in its place. We strive for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Feel free to communicate with us with any problems with your order. We will be happy to help and will always strive to make you a satisfied customer.
If you have a damaged product first Email us at ORDERS@STONEYHILLGOURMET.COM or send a message from the Contact Us page. We will then notify you how to proceed and provide details on how to return the damaged product.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your request for a replacement. If you are approved, then we will ship you a replacement product via USPS which should arrive in four to five work days.
Late or Lost shipments
You should expect to receive you order within five days from the date we notify you that it has been shipped. If this date arrives and you have not received your order please use the tracking number we emailed you and contact the USPS for instructions on how to file a lost mail claim as all our orders are insured for the full value of your order.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Stoney Hill Gourmet, 179 Stoney Hill Road, Swansea, MA 02777.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable but, we do pay the cost of shipping you a replacement product.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
